Stacy B., West Bend, requested the recipe for Zach's Three-
Cheese Chicken Mac from the Chancery. She wrote: "I love this meal -
- it is comfort food for me. It is the best mac and cheese out
there."
Michael Fifarek, corporate chef, sent the recipe. He said this
dish is made with some ingredients that may be hard for the average
cook to find, and that the cheese sauce used in this dish is a
secret recipe. To accommodate Journal Sentinel readers, he did some
research and came up with substitutes that will yield results that
are very similar to the dish served at Chancery restaurants.
