PARK CITY MOUNTAIN RESORT welcomes new executive chef Kevin
Donovan, who will oversee the resort's Legends Bar & Grill, Mid-
Mountain Lodge, Summit House, Snow Hut, Five-Way Cafe, Legacy Cafe
and Kristi's Coffee Cafe.
The Mid-Mountain Lodge restaurant, a historic structure that once
housed mining personnel, was remodeled during the summer. Its new
menu includes hamburgers cooked on a flat griddle, a carving station
with "smashed" potatoes and gourmet sandwiches.
Legends Bar & Grill will have tapas-style entrees, such as Mole
Pork Steak and Pan Roasted Alaskan Halibut. A St.Louis native,
Donovan has also added St. Louis-Style Ravioli to the menu. The
