The nonprofit organization behind "Junior Achievement" has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against a Prince George's County lawyer and her sports marketing company, which uses "Junior Achievers" as a shorthand name for its own charitable foundation.

JA Worldwide, the Colorado-based operation whose volunteers teach millions of students about entrepreneurship each year in more than 100 countries, claims it learned of Juli W. Jordan's JAM Sports and Entertainment LLC and Junior Achievers Motivated to Succeed Foundation USA when "at least one of its supporters and contributors" called about a celebrity basketball game JAM Sports is putting on the day before this year's Super Bowl.
