Article: Brigtsen's, Commander's in New Orleans rate tops in Zagat Survey

A trip to the National World War II Museum, dinner at Brigtsen's, drinks at the Polo Lounge and a night's stay at the Windsor Court rate as the best New Orleans experience, according to reviews in the 2009 Zagat Survey.

As for the most popular restaurant, Commander's Palace reclaimed the designation it held for 17 years before Hurricane Katrina. The 2008 Zagat guide didn't include the Garden District restaurant since it was undergoing extensive repairs when the survey was being taken. Galatoire's, last year's most popular restaurant, was No. 2 for 2009.
