Article: Cathedral ceremony a first ; More than 100 students have been rewarded for their hard work with a graduation ceremony in Exeter Cathedral. It was the first time Exeter College had hosted such a ceremony for students who have completed degree-level courses.

More than 100 students have been rewarded for their hard work
with a graduation ceremony in Exeter Cathedral. It was the first
time Exeter College had hosted such a ceremony for students who have
completed degree-level courses.
The graduates took part in a procession and received their
certificates at the cathedral on Friday.
Former BBC weather presenter Penny Tranter, now Met Office
meteorology training manager, gave the key speech at the ceremony,
which was attended by more than 200 guests including city MP Ben
Bradshaw and Lord Mayor, Councillor Paul Smith.
