Bob Smith insists it is easy to understand snow removal.

That simplicity, of course, would be at its best with no snow to worry about. But reality and winter being what they are, snow removal requires an examination of the property involved, the amount and weight of the snow involved, the smoothness of the surface, and the health of the person removing the snow.
