Article: Vendors anxiously await reopening of Milton Flea Market

They are playing the waiting game! It appears they will have to continue playing that game until about April 1.

We refer to a number of former vendors at the Milton Flea Market who were displaced in mid-2008 by a fire that leveled nearly the complete complex.

While some vendors who simply look at their flea market efforts as a part-time, fun venture, others are more serious and are trying to continue their businesses. The locations are various.

We spoke to five or six of these Milton Flea Market vendors who are now in business at the Perry Morris Square shopping center in Milton. To a person, they are all anxious for the flea market to be rebuilt and reopened.
