Steve Bach and Mike Helwege assisted Tech for Less in leasing an
80,000-square-foot office/distribution facility at 2150 Garden of
the Gods Road (the former Hotsy manufacturing facility).
TFL will continue using its headquarters at 1610 Garden of the
Gods.
The 2150 Garden of the Gods facility satisfies the company's
expansion needs with about 75,000-square-feet of 18-foot clear-
height warehouse space.
