Article: NEW LIFE ; Archbishop Williams boys hockey program is rejuventated under Derackk Curtis

KINGSTON - Most of the players on the Archbishop Williams boys hockey team are from towns that either border or are near Duxbury.

Those who are not are familiar with the Green Dragons' hockey legacy. As a result, the significance of Saturday's 5-2 victory over Duxbury at The Bog wasn't lost on any of them.

The only person who saw no added significance to the victory was first-year coach Derackk Curtis, who came to the Bishops via Sandwich and is originally from Edmonton, Alberta.

"We looked at this game like we needed two points," Curtis said. "Our goal is to get a berth into the state tournament. That's all we're looking at at this point."
