There was an article in The Roanoke Times on Jan. 17 that discusses the possibility that Blue Ridge Housing Development Corp. may owe Roanoke about $333,000 as a result of profit that we made doing the development of several projects ("Nonprofit group may owe Roanoke $333,000").

The article also indicated that Blue Ridge Housing may have violated its contract with the city and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development rules by not returning those funds immediately to the city.
