Since going to sea at the age of 18 high flyer Jim Howard has
been upwardly mobile - and now flies his private plane between his
offices across the region.
Jim, managing Director of Vehicle Save (UK) Limited, the
franchisee for National Car & Van rental in the South West Peninsula
as well as Vehicle Save Contract Hire & Leasing Ltd, decided to
steer the course of his own destiny at the golden age of 50. He has
now owned and operated the South West National car rental franchise
for the last 14 years.
The holder of a private pilot's licence, Jim is a shareholder of
a unique 4-seater Sportavia RS180 plane. With only 18 built, G-
VIZZ is the only one of its kind on the UK Register.
