Staff are badly trained and can't be bothered to provide anything near a reasonable service.

As for the menus, they are usually long and over-complicated and ignore the delights of locally-sourced produce. Often food is out of date, or pre-packaged. Always it's badly cooked and badly presented.

You would think the constant repetition of this litany of failures would make Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares ...
