Tonight i find myself back at Home Park once again as I bring my
Crystal Palace side down to Devon for what is going to be a crucial
Championship game for both ourselves and Plymouth Argyle.
It's the fixture I always look for at the start of a season,
especially with all my links to the Westcountry. However, with us
not having a game for 17 days, I bet Plymouth are really looking
forward to getting stuck into us.
By all accounts, Palace's record down here is not the best. I
know the chairman [Simon Jordan] has never seen us get a result, so
I guess that - plus the fact Plymouth beat us up at Selhurst Park
earlier in the season - means Paul Sturrock and his lads will be
rubbing their fingers ...
