Lawmakers think Wyo. residents are stupid

Wyoming residents are too stupid to vote on a constitutional
amendment!
At least that is what every Democrat and 15 Republicans in the
state House told us with their recent vote on the Defense of
Marriage Act.
This bill was introduced solely to give Wyoming citizens the
opportunity to vote on whether they wanted to amend the state
constitution to clarify the definition of marriage. It was not a
vote on the amendment itself.
