Start with a little jet lag, add a day of snow tubing and what do
you end up with?
If you are Brian Kretzer, you end up with a perfect game -- two
actually. Kretzer threw the first 26 strikes and rolled a 300-300-
258--858 Monday, Feb. 16, in league play at Poelking Woodman Lanes.
It was the third time in his career that the 42-year-old bowler has
rolled back-toback perfect games. Both previous times he finished
with an 868 series.
"It was definitely a lot of activity scrunched into a few days
but it was also a lot of fun," Kretzer said.
The Dayton bowler wrapped up his run at the United States Bowling
Congress Masters in Las Vegas on Feb. 13, as he finished in the top
32 from a field of ...
