A dental nurse raped a woman after a night out at a Plymouth
nightclub, a court heard.
Sujan Dahal, pictured right, a dental nurse at the Whytehouse
dental practice in Plympton, pleaded not guilty to two counts of
rape allegedly committed in March last year at an earlier hearing at
Plymouth Crown Court.
Yesterday, a jury of five women and seven men heard that Dahal,
aged 28, a Nepalese national, had gone clubbing with the complainant
in February last year and he had walked her home.
She had invited him in for some wine and he fell asleep on her
sofa and left the next morning, the court heard.
