LITITZ BOROUGH: On Thursday, Feb. 19, police cited Jeremiah Shane Barr, 31, of 106 W. Main St., New Holland, with theft by unlawful taking or disposition and conspiracy to commit theft following an investigation involving Lititz Borough and Manheim Township police. Police said that Barr entered a painting gallery and a gift shop and distracted the clerks, allowing his partner, an unknown white female, to steal money from the cash register and drawer. Charges were filed against Barr through District Judge David Miller's office.
