Tradition helped sustain University School on Tuesday night until the Wildcats scored early in the third period to claim a 2-1 hockey victory over Cedarburg at Uihlein Ice Arena. The Arrowhead sectional semifinal triumph allowed University School (15-7) to continue its quest for a ninth state tournament appearance.

The Wildcats will face Arrowhead Saturday night in the sectional final.
