PLANNING ITS MISSION - Social nonprofit Chelsea Collaborative is scheduled to hold its annual planning retreat at 9 a.m. Saturday at Chelsea High School. Residents from Chelsea and neighboring communities are encouraged to take part in the retreat, which will focus on helping the collaborative plan its work mission for the year. The collaborative deals with social, environmental, economic, and immigration issues. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Child care will be available by reservation for children over 5.
