Star names from the worlds of music, literature and politics will
be appearing in Cornwall this spring.
The final full line-up of writers, performers and celebrities
appearing at this year's Daphne du Maurier Festival has now been
announced.
Celebrities such as comedian Jo Brand and novelist Will Self have
now been added to the selection of names set to draw crowds. The
comedian and the novelist will join stars such as legendary jazz
band leader Chris Barber, the creator of the Inspector Morse
character Colin Dexter, and former Liberal Democrat leader Paddy
Ashdown.
The festival will take place from May 7 until May 16, in and
around the picturesque town of Fowey on Cornwall's south coast. A ...
