Universal Health Card LLC sells a discount card that promises to save people up to 60% on all health care needs, according to the company's Web site.

But good luck finding a doctor who accepts the card.

Public Investigator called the first 20 "physicians" listed on the company's Web site for the 53202 ZIP code in Milwaukee.

Only one medical professional said they accepted the discount card, and that was a chiropractor in Milwaukee.

Eight phone numbers listed for doctors were out of service, incorrect or simply did not connect to a phone line. That included numbers for a cardiologist, a neurologist, a podiatrist and chiropractors.
