Ephrata National Bank announced the following:
Kim M. Cassel has been named contact center manager for the
bank's new call center. Cassel, of Strasburg, is responsible for the
development and start-up of ENB's new banking center. She is a
graduate of Pequea Valley High School. Cassel was employed by QVC
and Sterling Financial Corp. as their call center manager. She
started her banking career in 1998 with the Vanguard Group.
Jeryl D. Kellett has been named customer service manager for
retail banking. A graduate of Oley Valley High School, Kellett, of
Shillington, worked for CTCE Federal Credit Union and Riverfront
Federal Credit Union, both in Reading. Most recently, she worked at
