Someone didn't get the memo at the MLB Network.
On April 9, the network will debut its "Thursday Night Baseball"
package of telecasts this season and the game it has chosen for the
maiden voyage does not include the New York Yankees or the Boston
Red Sox or both.
The game it has chosen to say hello, world is the Milwaukee
Brewers at San Francisco Giants at 6 p.m. Central.
What kind of renegade outfit is this?
Doesn't MLB understand that right there in Chapter 1 of the
Baseball Television Handbook, it says: "Get thee to Yankee Stadium
or Fenway Park early and often."
If this keeps up, MLB Network might be accused of understanding
there are other teams in baseball other than the Yankees and ...
