When we are trying to change our body composition, we generally
think about restricting our diets and letting our bodies be hungry.
But that is actually the last thing we need to do!
Even though it seems counterintuitive, we really have to think
about eating more often and not allowing ourselves to get so hungry
that we tear through the kitchen and eat everything in sight! It's
important to keep energy (food) available for our metabolism to work
effectively.
I talk with a lot of people at the gym about their fitness goals,
workouts and diets. Since these people are already at the gym, they
