CITY
After taking fifth at Division 1 state last year, Milwaukee
Vincent remains a force, despite the knee injury that could keep
senior star Centrell Minter sidelined until the third week of April.
The Vikings have a strong supporting cast including junior Berevon
Wyatt. Vincent edged King and Tech in the City Conference team race
last year. Wyatt's best indoor mark in the 200 (23.11 seconds) ranks
second to Minter on the state honor roll. Hurdler Devonte Thomas won
the city title in the 110 highs last year.
CLASSIC 8
Kettle Moraine took third in the conference but won the Division
1 state title last season, pulling out the victory on the final race
