I Am writing to inform the general public in Hanley and the
surrounding areas, about the Parvo Virus affecting dogs in this area
- a disease that attacks the intestine causing possible secondary
infections.
We recently lost our nine-month old Rottweiler cross puppy to
this awful virus after a six day battle in isolation at the vets
hospital.
We were made aware by our vets that Parvo is currently rife in
the area where we live. We were told that possibly the virus strain
is changing as only a few years back this virus was very rare but
also a high percentage of dogs were ...
