At 6:30 a.m. soldiers across post are engaging in their morning routine -- stretch, pushups, sit-ups and a brisk run. Some of the soldiers though, are engaging in a slightly different morning routine.

The stand in formation like their battle-buddies, but during the announcements there are some differences.

1st Sgt. Shawn Hobbs reminds the soldiers under his command to hydrate properly just as others in his position might, but then he reminds the soldiers not to miss their doctors appointments.
