A judge has postponed making a decision on a confiscation order
from a former company director who took money from customers for
Ferrari sports cars which did not exist.
Mark Graham Reece of Grand Prix Motorcycles (UK) Ltd, based in
Newton Abbot, was convicted and sentenced on July 14 last year of
obtaining property by deception worth pounds227,000 and jailed for
14 months.
