Historic Wrawby post mill continues to prove popular with
visitors during its open days, held on bank holidays.
This year they will be on Monday, April 13 (Easter); Monday, May
4; Monday, May 25; Sunday, June 28; Sunday, July 26; and Monday,
August 31 - all from 2pm-5pm.
If the weather is suitable, and wind permitting, the sails will
turn on these days.
There will be the usual souvenirs and teas available from a
caravan.
This year the mill will start with four new sails - so the
organisers are hoping for a good season.
The mill stands in a prominent position on the escarpment of the
Wolds, above Wrawby village, alongside the A18 Brigg-Grimsby road.
