Rockville Economic Development Inc. and the Maryland Technology
Development Center have extended to April 30 the deadline for
technology start-up firms to apply for free business incubator
office space.
The offices, at 9700 Great Seneca Hwy., were made available by an
anonymous donor. Once selected through a competitive application
process, a business has access to mentoring from sponsors and
Montgomery County Department of Economic Development staff members;
legal support; a community lunchroom, copier and fax machine; and
four conference rooms with videoconference capabilities. Offices are
data- and voice technology-ready, and building security and
utilities are included.
