Two of of the programs currently offered at Universal Athletic
Club are a weight loss program and the Spring Into Shap course.
The Take it Off Weight Loss Program is a 12-week course for both
men and women.
According to health reports, 80 percent of successful weight loss
depends upon a person's diet.
Unless one is closely monitoring what they eat, it is almost
impossible for the average American to get enough daily exercise to
create a caloric deficit that will result in substantial weight loss
So the Take It Off Weight Loss Program instructs individuals how
to control all aspects of food intake so they can lose unwanted
pounds and live a healthier lifestyle .
