A Business with a major plant in Scunthorpe marked the
acquisition of another company with a presentation at the Aerosol
Forum in Paris.
Colepccl, whose North Lincolnshire plant is at Foxhills, has
acquired Czewo Full Filling Service GmbH.
ColepCCL is the largest European contract manufacturer of aerosol
and liquid products in personal care, cosmetic, healthcare and
household categories, and a leading supplier of tinplate and plastic
packaging solutions.
Czewo is an international company with three German plants,
operating in similar market segments to ColepCCL, with 40 years'
experience in contract manufacturing and contract filling of
aerosols and liquid products.
