Article: Bangor police catch man peeking into apartment

A local man who was spotted peeking through the windows of a Broadway residence by an off-duty police officer over the weekend has been charged with violation of privacy.

Mark Gogan, 53, of Bangor was issued a summons for the misdemeanor crime about 8:30 p.m. Saturday after Bangor police Officer Paul Colley, who was off-duty at the time, saw him ducking down and peeking through windows of an apartment that police later learned was occupied by a single woman, Bangor police Sgt. Chip Hodges reported in a news release issued Tuesday.
