Unless you've been living under a rock, you know the Green Bay Packers are moving from a 4-3 base defense to a 3-4, with Dom Capers replacing Bob Sanders as defensive coordinator.

While the Packers have done nothing to adjust their personnel in free agency to the new scheme, which calls for larger defensive ends and linebackers, the draft will likely be the place general manager Ted Thompson gets the players who will be at the center of the transformation.

The good news for the Packers is that this year's draft is loaded from top to bottom with outside linebackers for the 3-4. They are the proverbial "tweener" types: players that fall somewhere between being an end and a linebacker.
