Even at Milwaukee's priciest condominium high-rise, accidents can
happen.
Just ask residents of University Club Tower, 825 N. Prospect
Ave., where a water hose failure caused damage to their units -- all
of which are valued well north of $1 million apiece.
That accident led to litigation, with the insurance carriers for
some condo owners suing University Club Tower's builder, a
subcontractor, the hose suppliers and their insurers.
Sheboygan insurance firm Acuity, and Providence, R.I.-based Amica
Mutual Insurance Co., filed suit this week in Milwaukee County
