Article: Maryland District Court in Towson's cell phone rule sparks sideline for restaurant owners

The look is one of panic he sees periodically on the face of someone leaving Maryland District Court in Towson. The person has a cell phone -- an illegal device for most courthouse visitors. Ground- level offices directly across the street on Chesapeake Avenue have signs indicating they will not hold cell phones for courthouse visitors.

The person heads down Chesapeake toward York Road, maybe looking for a bush or an exterior building crack to stash the phone, finally noticing The French Press Cafe, where Fox is a co-owner.
