The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, 866-366-3723, uses a
"risk-based" inspection reporting process for restaurants and other
food handlers.
The following inspection reports were completed April 9-17.
Ajay's Mini Market, 300 E. Main St., Terre Hill, April 13. On
shelves, the tops of most canned goods are dusty. Ware washing is
being conducted incorrectly. Back room is full of unused equipment,
empty cartons and other superfluous items.
Amvets Home Association, 614 S. State St., Ephrata, April 16.
Rinse gauge on dishwasher does not work.
Bainbridge Elementary School, 416 N. 2nd Street, April 15. No
violations.
Deborah Maule Catering, 2287 Bald Eagle Road, Drumore, April 15.
