New members of Radford University's Sigma Chi fraternity have
been busy helping others.
They were outside the Fairlawn Walmart collecting can food for
the Radford Food Bank on March 26.
Three days later, the fraternity helped a mother of nine move out
from her mobile home to a house in Christiansburg.
On April 4, the fraternity held a car wash at Walmart to support
the Children's Miracle Network. The next weekend, members held
another canned food drive at the store.
Fraternity member Steven Blue said the group would like to thank
Lori Trail and the New River Valley Community Services for their
help.
"Helping out that family, really brought our group together,"
