Marie Hardy, whose daughter, Ella, had a diagnosis of life-
threatening food allergies as a baby, is the author of the blog
"Allergy Life in Loudoun" (www.allergylifeinloudoun.blogspot.com),
on which she writes that her goal is to "promote healthier living
strategies for children and families managing food allergies in
Loudoun County."
In an e-mail interview with loudounextra.com staff writer Charity
Corkey, the Loudoun resident talked about her daughter's condition,
the changes her family has made at home to avoid triggering allergic
reactions and the support offered by the Loudoun Allergy Network.
Q.Your youngest daughter has severe food allergies. Tell us how
