areas have been recognized for excellence in patient satisfaction.
Professional Research Consultants Inc., a national administrator of
patient satisfaction studies, announced its National Excellence in
Healthcare Awards for studies conducted in 2008.
The inpatient nursing unit at Eureka Community Hospital received
a 5-Star Award for Patient Perception of Overall Quality of Care,
while Dr. Kimberly Marshall of Sugar Creek Medical Associates in
Normal, Dr. Christopher Hughes of Town & Country Healthcare in
Eureka and Dr. Carmen Chase of Twin Cities Behavioral Health in
