Patrick J. Sook, of Breinigsville, has joined Reinsel Kuntz
Lesher, Lancaster, as a manager in the accounting firm's audit
services group.
David Bernhardt, of Red Lion, has become a partner in the
ownership team at Providence Engineering Corp., Lancaster. He will
continue as vice president of operations and project manager. Daniel
Fichtner, the firm's president, will continue as majority owner.
John Martin, of Millersville, has been promoted to assistant vice
president for PNC Business Banking, with offices in the bank's
Strasburg and Greenfield Corporate Center offices. Previously, he
was a branch manager.
Alex Yost, of West Lampeter Township, has joined ProspectMX as
