The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, 866-366-3723, uses a
"risk-based" inspection reporting process for restaurants and other
food handlers.
The following inspection reports were completed April 17-23.
Adamstown Transfer Co., The, 26 Willow St., April 18. A pink
residue in soda-gun holder. Keys and a pen on kitchen cutting board.
Internal temperature of a bowl of tuna salad on the top part of bain
marie since previous day measured 47 F. A utensil with a handle
needs to be provided for self-serve peanuts. Cook not wearing a hair
restraint. Ice scoop needs to be kept in a protected container
between use and not on ice.
