MORAGA GARDEN CLUB GOES GREEN: Not only do the club's 141 members
get down on the ground in their own gardens, as well as keep their
community's public places looking bright, they celebrated with fresh
spring greens at their annual salad luncheon with guests whose
pleasant problem was deciding which of all those 60 tempting,
homemade, all different salads to choose for lunch at Holy Trinity
Cultural Center.
So we made valiant efforts to taste as many as possible. The
event co-chairs were Marion Thornicroft and Anne Johnson, while
Barbara White serves as president this year.
