Geoff Vazey, Wes Bernard
Christchurch City Holdings has appointed two new directors to two
of its subsidiary companies. Vazey, currently a professional
director, brings commercial and governance experience to the board
of Orion NZ. Bernard, currently the chief technology officer of
SunGard AvantGard and managing director of SunGard Systems NZ, joins
the board of Christchurch City Networks, the relatively new
broadband network company company owned by CCHL.
