IT COULD be one of those moans that sex columnist Carrie Bradshaw
earnestly types into her laptop. "If you talk about sex for six
years, does that give people the right to be obsessed by your sex
life forever?" After years of unsuccessfully trying for a second
child since the birth of their son James Wilkie six years ago, Sarah
