AUBURN - Fernand Raoul Delorme, 87, of 16 Candia St., died
Wednesday, April 29, at his home after a fall on the cellar stairs.
He was born in Lewiston, Feb. 25, 1922, a son of the late
Napoleon and Florida Lapointe Delorme. He graduated from Lewiston
High School, Class of 1940, and graduated from Robert's Business
Academy. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, and he
worked as a machinist at Bates Manufacturing Co., Bates Division,
and at Bonan Shoe Co., retiring in 1987.
He was a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish at St.
Louis Church, the New Auburn Senior Citizens and the American Legion
Post 31 of Auburn.
He enjoyed being with family, rug braiding, ...
