BEIJING, May 1 (Xinhua) -- The following are the latest developments of Influenza A/H1N1 outbreaks worldwide on Friday, according to the World Health Organization and government officials.

The World Health Organization (WHO), the World Organization for Animal Health and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations on Thursday announced to use "Influenza A/H1N11" instead of the term "swine flu" to avoid confusion over the danger posed by pigs.
