SPRINGBORO -- Talk about high adventure. Spring break for 16 members of Boy Scout Troop 50 was spent sailing and snorkeling off the Florida Keys. Members of the troop also took hundreds of photographs, many as they swam with the amazing array of creatures living on and around the coral reefs in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary.

The trip, to the Florida National High Adventure Sea Base owned and operated by the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America, marked multiple firsts for the local scouts and their leaders.

"We sailed under a full moon. We had perfect weather the entire trip," trip organizer Jerry Brewster said.
