Stained glass is always more impressive when viewed from the inside looking out.

This 1,000- year-old art form has historically been associated with cathedrals, churches, chapels and other sacred settings. Amazingly, large windows depicting Biblical narratives that were constructed in the late Middle Ages remain largely intact today, a true testament to the remarkable engineering required to withstand centuries of wear and weather! The use of stained glass windows and murals to convey stories was an effective technique to educate the predominately illiterate populace of the time.
