LA HABRA - Few had Mother's Day wishes for Octomom Nadya Suleman after the January birth of octuplets - save attorney Gloria Allred.

The famed attorney said she hoped Suleman would agree with Allred's lawsuit filed on behalf of the eight infants, that a guardian be appointed to oversee their financial estates to "safeguard their financial interests and rights."

"We are looking forward to seeing her at the court hearing on June 22," Allred said. "And happy Mother's Day."

Allred filed a suit Monday in Orange County Superior Court demanding a judge appoint a guardian for money earned by the babies through contracts with such media as RadarOnline, a celebrity gossip
